Privacy

We collect what you send us in a brief, a chat, the Studio or an email, plus basic analytics about how the site is used. We use it to answer you, quote and produce your order, and improve the site. We never sell your details. To see, correct or delete what we hold, email info@triapackaging.com.

What we collect

• Quote requests and Studio specs. Your name, company and email address, the product details you give us (size, quantity, style, print, timing) and any files you upload, such as a logo, artwork or a product photo. If you request the Swatch Book, your shipping address.
• Chat messages. What you type to Maya, our AI packaging assistant, and any contact details you share in the chat.
• Email. Anything you send to info@triapackaging.com and our replies.
• Newsletter. Your email address, if you sign up.
• Site usage. Pages viewed, the device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and actions such as starting a chat or sending a quote request, collected through cookies set by Google Analytics.
• Security logs. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated form and chat submissions.

Who processes it for us

• Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used, with cookies. Google processes that data under its own terms.
• Anthropic provides the AI model behind Maya. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate each reply.
• HubSpot is our customer relationship system. Quote requests, Studio specs and chat leads are stored there so the team can reply and follow up.
• Google Workspace handles our email, including quote requests and the files attached to them.
• Our partner manufacturers receive the specifications and artwork needed to produce an order you have approved, and delivery details go to the carrier that ships it.

We never sell your details, and we do not share them for other companies' marketing.

Why we use it

To answer your questions, prepare quotes, dielines and proofs, produce and ship your order, handle reorders, send the newsletter if you asked for it, and understand which pages help buyers so we can improve them.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and order records, including approved artwork and dielines, for as long as they are useful for your order and any reorders, and as long as tax and accounting records require. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, subject to records we are required to keep.

Your choices

• Analytics: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Chat: do not share anything in chat that you would not want processed by the AI provider; you can email the team instead.
• Newsletter: email us and we will remove you.
• Access, correction and deletion: email info@triapackaging.com with the address you used, and tell us what you want seen, corrected or deleted.
