Accessibility
We aim for this site to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. It does not fully meet it yet, and we are working through the known issues below. If anything is hard to use, email info@triapackaging.com and we will help you get what you need, including a quote by email.
Known issues, as of September 2026
- Some pages do not reflow cleanly at a 320 pixel width, so a few elements need sideways scrolling.
- The fixed header or the chat button can partly cover the focused element when moving through a page with the keyboard.
- Some borders and control outlines have low contrast against the navy background.
- Some links inside body text are marked by color alone.
- A few controls are missing an accessible name for screen readers.
What we are doing
We are fixing these issues and testing new pages against WCAG 2.2 AA before they go live. This statement is updated as issues are fixed.
