Chat with Maya
Maya is Tria's AI packaging assistant, and the Tria team prepares every quote. Ask about your product, a material, a size or a lead time. Quotes come back from the team by email, usually within one business day of a complete brief.

What to ask Maya
Maya is an AI assistant that works from the same catalog you see on this site: every structure, board, finish, minimum and lead time. It is most useful when you give it the product, roughly how many, and where the box will live. A few questions buyers start with:
- Which box suits a 12 oz candle that ships on its own?
- Is 18pt or 24pt board right for a glass dropper bottle?
- What inside size do I need for a jar that is 3 by 3 by 5 inches?
- Should this be a folding carton or a rigid box at 500 units?
- What happens between proof approval and delivery?
What happens after the chat
Maya does not quote prices in chat. When you are ready for numbers, Maya passes your details to the Tria team, and a person prepares your quote and dieline and replies by email, usually within one business day of a complete brief. Your digital proof follows once we have your artwork. Anything Maya is unsure of goes to a person. Most styles start at 200 units, reorders included; some start higher, and each product page shows its own minimum. Every order gets one complimentary digital proof and dieline, and design help is free.
No artwork yet? Build the box on screen in the Tria Studio first, then bring it to Maya or send it straight to us.
