Bottle label
Matte art paper, permanent adhesive, wraparound format200 minimum · 5 to 7 business daysA bottle label is a roll-fed label sized and shaped to a specific bottle, either as a front panel or a full wraparound that covers the cylinder cleanly with the print aligned at the seam. We produce them, printed on matte art paper, from 200 units, ready in about 5 to 7 business days after proof.
When to choose it, and when not to
Choose a bottle label for a beverage, sauce, oil, or cosmetic brand bottling a liquid product where the label needs to fit a specific bottle diameter cleanly, front panel for a simpler look or full wraparound for maximum branding coverage.
Choose a shrink sleeve instead if your bottle has a pronounced taper, ridges, or an irregular shape a flat wraparound label can't conform to without wrinkling.

Questions people ask
How do you size a wraparound label so the print lines up at the seam?
Send us your bottle's exact circumference and we'll size the label with the correct overlap and registration so the pattern or edge design meets cleanly.
Will a flat label wrap around a tapered bottle without wrinkling?
A gentle taper is usually fine, but a more aggressive taper or curve tends to wrinkle a flat label. For those shapes we'd recommend a shrink sleeve instead, which conforms to the shape.
Can you add a gloss finish so the label wipes clean if the bottle gets sticky?
Yes, a gloss lamination overlay makes the surface wipeable and adds some moisture resistance. It's a common choice for sauce and oil bottles that see spills.
What's the minimum for a limited edition or seasonal bottle run?
200 units is our minimum and works for a smaller seasonal or limited release. It's also a sensible quantity for testing a new flavor before a full launch.
Do you print front and back labels as a matched set?
Yes, send us both artwork files and we'll align them as a coordinated set for the same bottle.
Can you handle a label with a lot number or expiration date that changes per batch?
Yes, variable data printing for lot codes and dates is available. Ask us about specifics for your production schedule.
How is a bottle label different from a shrink sleeve?
The bottle label is a flat pressure-sensitive label on matte art paper, as a front panel or a full wraparound sized to the bottle, from 200 units in 5 to 7 business days after proof. A shrink sleeve is a printed tube of PVC-free film that shrinks in a heat tunnel to the bottle's exact contours, covering it 360 degrees, from 500 units in 8 to 10 business days. Straight or gently tapered bottles suit the label; ridged, curved or strongly tapered bottles need the sleeve.
